For estate planning, in almost every situation, Rob Morrison provides services at a fixed fee, which he will determine during your first meeting together.  Should you choose to work with him, an initial deposit or retainer will be requested to initiate the work.

 

On rare occasions with estate planning, a situation may be so complicated that it requires Rob bill hourly for unknown / unforeseen needs.  However in those unique circumstances, you would be apprised of this need well in advance, no work would be performed without your approval, and you would be kept regularly informed of the fees as the work progresses.

 

All work other than estate planning is billed at a reasonable hourly rate commensurate with the complexity of the work and Rob’s experience.

 

All out of pocket expenses for postage, copying, and any long distance telephone charges are charged to the client.
